MERRA stands for Modern-Era Retrospective analysis for Research and Applications. CFSR stands for Climate Forecast System Reanalysis. ERA20C is the first atmospheric reanalysis of the 20th century, from 1900-2010, developed by ECMWF. JRA55 stands for Japanese 55-year Reanalysis.
