Description:

Panel b shows the share of historical cumulative net anthropogenic CO2 emissions per region from 1850 to 2019 in GtCO2. This includes CO2 from fossil fuel combustion and industrial processes (CO2-FFI) and net CO2 Land use, land use change, forestry (CO2-LULUCF). Other GHG emissions are not included [SPM FOOTNOTE 6]. CO2-LULUCF emissions are subject to high certainties, reflected by a global uncertainty estimate of ± 70% (90% confidence interval). Emissions from international aviation and shipping are included
